Communication has been a significant issue, with frequent rescheduling and last-minute changes to our appointments. Despite numerous attempts to cancel an appointment over the past two weeks, we’ve received no response to our voicemails or our calls. Even when we finally reached them two days before the scheduled appointment, we were met with resistance. The groomer not only refused to refund our deposit but also failed to provide a satisfactory explanation for the lack of communication and repeated scheduling errors. This experience has left us frustrated and dissatisfied with their services. We hope others can learn from our experience when considering this dog groomer.
